Questions

What we do

What does DMS Consultation do?

We take the work that eats your team's week, like follow-ups, scheduling, billing chases and reporting, and hand it to AI agents that run inside the tools you already use, phone calls included. We map the work first, build the agents, and run them after. We also build web and mobile products and run data licensing deals on the owner's side. Our own products, GrowPype and TrueSit, come from the same work.

Who do you work with?

Owners and operators of established companies where the work is operations: construction and remodeling, home services and trades, logistics, agencies, professional services. We are in California and work across the US.

What is an AI agent?

An agent is software that gets a piece of work done on its own: it reads the inbox, checks the calendar, updates the CRM, sends the follow-up, and stops to ask a person when the rules say so. An agentic solution is one or more of those agents architected around a workflow you already have.

What is the difference between a chatbot and an agent?

A chatbot answers. An agent acts: it looks things up in your systems, changes records, books, sends, and escalates with context when it should.

Can your agents talk on the phone?

Yes. Our voice agents hold a natural conversation, qualify, book and follow up. The same engine runs GrowPype.

Discovery, Build, Run

What does Discovery include?

A map of how work moves through your company and up to three workflows picked for agents. For each one you get the reason we picked it, what it costs you today, the architecture and a fixed build quote. $2,500, fixed, and credited in full to your first build within 30 days.

How long does it take?

Discovery runs two to three weeks. A build goes live in thirty days per workflow.

What does a build cost?

From $5,000 per workflow, quoted and fixed in Discovery. Several workflows are quoted together, each with its own price.

What does running it cost?

$3,000 to $8,000 a month, depending on how many workflows we run and how often they change. It covers monitoring, fixes, changes, and the next workflows.

Do we need a technical team?

No. We handle the technical side and hand over documentation your team can read.

What do you need from us?

One person who knows the workflow, access to the systems it touches, and an honest number for what it costs you today.

Who owns what you build?

You do. It is documented and handed over; we keep nothing hostage.

Will it work with the tools we already use?

Almost always. We connect to the CRM, inbox, calendar, accounting and job tools you have rather than replacing them.

What happens after launch?

We keep it running for $3,000 to $8,000 a month, or hand it over to your team if you prefer.

Will agents replace our people?

They take the repetitive, high-volume work. Your people keep the decisions. A person approves wherever the rules say so.

Accuracy, data, models

How do you keep agents accurate?

Agents work from your real data and inside rules you set, with a person approving the steps that matter. We test against real cases before launch and watch the first weeks closely.

What happens when an agent cannot handle something?

It hands off to a person with the full context, so nobody repeats themselves.

Is our data safe?

Each agent can reach only what its job needs. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and passwords and keys are never kept in code. Your data is not used to train anyone's models.

Which AI models do you use?

Whichever fits the job. We are not tied to one vendor, and what we build can move to a better or cheaper model without a rebuild.

Data licensing

Is licensing our data legal?

Licensing de-identified operational data is a contract between you and the buyer, reviewed by privacy counsel before anything moves. We coordinate that review; we do not give legal advice.

Who sees our data?

Nobody sees raw data to price it. The valuation comes from counts. Buyers receive de-identified data after counsel review, under contract.

Licensing or selling?

Licensing. You keep ownership and give the buyer the right to use the data under a contract.

How long does a data licensing deal take?

Inventory in days, quotes in weeks. The rest depends on counsel and the buyer.

What does DMS charge for data licensing?

Nothing unless a deal closes. Our share of the deal is agreed in writing before any quote goes out.
