- What we collectOnly what you send us: the contact form (name, email, company and your message), the data value estimate form (the company details you choose to give), messages to the DMS assistant (and your contact details if you ask for a person), and the Discovery checkout (your name, email and the payment record).
- How we use itOnly to reply to you and to provide our services. Messages to the assistant are stored to improve the service and to reply.
- How long we keep itForm submissions and messages to the assistant are kept 12 months, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- What we never doWe do not sell personal data, and we do not use marketing tracking pixels.
- PaymentsDiscovery is paid through Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us; we keep the payment record our accounting requires.
- Your rightsEmail admin@dmsconsultation.com to see or delete what we hold about you.
- SecurityWe use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no method is 100 percent secure.
- ChangesWe update this policy as needed and post the new date here.
