Agentic operations
Agents that run a workflow end to end: intake, follow-up, scheduling, billing chases, reporting. They follow the work from one department to the next, and a person approves the steps you choose.
What we architect, what it costs, and where to start.
Each agent works inside the tools you already run. You decide what it can read, what it can change, and which steps wait for a person.

Agents that call, answer, qualify and book, and sound like a person on the phone. When a call needs a person, they hand over the full context so nobody repeats themselves. The same engine runs GrowPype.
Your CRM, inbox, calendar, accounting and job tools connected, so nobody types the same thing twice. You keep the tools you have.
Reports and dashboards from the data you already have, with the numbers owners ask for. A reporting agent can write the Monday numbers for you.
Web and mobile products, internal tools and SaaS, from first screen to the app store. We build our own products, GrowPype and TrueSit, the same way.
The plan for where agents go first, what they touch, and what stays human. It starts from the map of how work moves through your company.
What your company's records are worth to AI data buyers, and the deal run on your side. The valuation comes from counts only, and nothing leaves before counsel review.
We start inside your operation, with the people who know the work and the systems they use.
Two to three weeks, depending on how many departments we walk through.
After you pay, we reach out within one business day to set the first session.
For every workflow we map in Discovery, we write down what it costs you now: the hours it takes, who waits on it, what goes wrong when it slips, and where it exposes you, from missed follow-ups and late invoices to data in the wrong hands or a customer who hears nothing for three days. You judge the build quote against that number. If the number is small, we say so and move to the next workflow.
Starting at $5,000 per workflow, fixed quote in Discovery.
Each workflow goes live in thirty days. Several workflows are quoted together, each with its own price, and built one after another or at the same time.
For a contractor, that could be an agent that answers the main line and books estimates, one that chases every unpaid invoice until it is paid, or one that writes the Monday numbers.
$3,000 to $8,000 a month.
After the build we run it: monitoring, fixes, changes as your work changes, and the next workflows. Where you land in the range depends on how many workflows we run and how often they change. If you would rather run it yourselves, we hand it over.

You do. It is documented and handed over; we keep nothing hostage.
Almost always. We connect to the CRM, inbox, calendar, accounting and job tools you have rather than replacing them.
